| Located at the 12th Floor, Freetown City Council Building in Freetown. Housing the Office of the Auditor General, Senior Management Staff and Secretary to the Audit Service Board. |

| Housed in three different buildings in Freetown. Responsible for auditing ministries, agencies, schools, local government and parastatals in the western urban and rural area. |

Southern Region (division) |
Located at Treasury Building, Stock Road in Bo. Responsible for auditing accounts of ministries, departments, agencies, district and city councils, local and chiefdom authorities in the Southern Region. |
Eastern Region (division) |
Located at 44 Waahmann Abu Road in Kenema. Responsible for auditing accounts of ministries, departments, agencies, district and city councils, local and chiefdom authorities in the Eastern Region. |
Northern Region (division) |
Located at Old Town Hall in Makeni. Responsible for auditing accounts of ministries, departments, agencies, district and city councils, local and chiefdom authorities in the Northern Region. |
